Everyday, millions of children around the world are hungry. They are starving for knowledge and someone to believe that they can succeed.. Their minds need stimulation and learning. We are putting together an amazing program to help kids. Imagine changing a life forever.

Weir Bettering Life is the vision of Dr Tim and Rose Weir
The entire Weir family have had a dream for years...but it was so big....they didn't know that they could ever make it a reality. It has three main parts...
1. They realize that some kids need a "hand-up" to help them further their education. The Weir Bettering Life Foundation is helping kids who really desire to further their education, but finances are a roadblock. Our ultimate goal is to open a training center for kids and adults to learn success principles and educational keys.
2. Rose has had a dream since childhood to help orphans. She got tired of hearing of people who would desperately love to adopt a child, but the costs are prohibitive. There are children in orphanages who desperately want a famly to belong to, and yet it seems like there is no hope. They decided to find people in need and help provide the resources they need to create famlies out of brokenness. They are looking for some partners to help.
Although adoption is incredible and there is a great need, there are two things that often stand in the way. First, for international adoption, there are governments that have closed down their countries to American adoption. We believe that these kids need help getting into a family to love them and care for them. We want to see some of those laws changed. The second is, it is extremely expensive. It can cost up to $40,000.00 to adopt a foreign baby with travel and everything else. Until that can change, we want to help those kids get into a home where they will not just survive, but they will thrive.
Dr Tim and Rose don't just "talk the talk"... they "walk the walk". They have two adopted sons and two adopted grandchildren. Get involved!
3. Raising money and raising awareness. You may not want to adopt a child, but you want to help. Your fully tax deductible gift will help us help others.
